Comprising an open plan living area, with kitchen, wood heater, split system air conditioner and opens onto a sundeck. One bathroom with separate laundry and WC. There are 2 double bedrooms facing the ocean with queen beds, and the third bedroom has a double bed and bunk. The fourth bedroom is located under the main house and offers a bathroom, queen bed, couch and TV. The views are spectacular and encompass breaking waves, Lorne pier and the vast ocean expanse of Loutitt Bay. A simple beach house where you can rise to the sound of the ocean. *please note, no linen is supplied. *7 night minimum from December 26th - 31st January. *4 night night minimum during the Easter holiday period. Only renting for Summer!
