This modern apartment enjoys spectacular sea views and is located only two minutes away from the Pumicestone Passage water's edge. Enjoy the amazing waterfront and the Pumicestone Passage walkways and foreshore which offer picnic and child friendly play areas This apartment is a lovely home away from home with stunning sea views. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR! We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded. For security, please email through a copy of the driver's license of the person who's card details are on file and if it's a different person checking in. This is to ensure the correct person is staying at the accommodation and matches the card name.
